X-rays are still one of the best diagnostic tools we have. They allow us to see images of teeth and gums and to detect any decay, bone damage and dental injuries. Also it will help us find any cysts or abscesses. Today x-rays use a very low dosage of radiation and are perfectly safe to use with children.
